We are hiring a Support Time Recovery Worker in partnership with the Bridge Project to join our Wakefield Liaison and Diversion team.
The post holder will work as part of a team, screening people within police custody suites, identifying and offering support to those with complex needs that might be having a negative impact on their health and wellbeing. They will hold a caseload, providing time limited support and a sign posting service connecting those identified to the appropriate community service.
Salary – Starting at £26,376
Hours – 37 hours per week
Location – Normanton Town Hall
